Location: Set in the relaxing pinewood of Jesolo, right by the sea, the hotel is surrounded by its large
private park and beach and at the same time it's not far from the lively centre full of shops, discos and
restaurants. Run by the owners (Fam. Simeoni) it has recently been stored. About 17 Km from the ferries
to Venice and the Laguna islands, and about 35 Km from the airport. Bedrooms: comfortably furnished, with terrace overlooking the sea, en-suite facilities, colour tv-sat, radio, telephone, hair-dryer, minibar and, on request, air-conditioner.Facilities: guests can enjoy the seascape on the wonderful terrace and taste delicius breakfastbuffet, lunch and dinner with varietis of full course meals including dietetic menu and salad buffet, at the restaurant or a wide selection of snacks on the beach. The hotel has a bar, two lifts, safe-boxes, private parking, deskchairs and beach umbrellas around the swimming-pool and by the sea. Garage on request. Sport facilities: swimming-pool for grown-ups and swimming-pool for children, table tennis, beach volley, bicycles, playground for the children, tennis court. In the proximity: Diving center, water ski, catamaran. Golf club (7km), horse-riding school, gokarting.
Next to the hotel childern's playground "Gommapiuma" and minigolf. Enterteiment: cocktail parties, candle-light dinners with musical backround, Italian evenings and open air barbeques. Peculiarity: ideal for a relaxing holiday, this is a hotel for envirnmental protection. Little pets are welcome.

How to get there:

By car:
· From Turin, Milan, Verona, Vicenza, Padua: take the A4 motorway towards Venice-Trieste until the intersection with the A27 motorway and continue in the direction of the airport. At the end of the by-pass head towards San Donà and Jesolo;
· From the Brenner, Bolzano, Trento: take the A22 motorway until the intersection with the A4 motorway and continue towards Venice-Trieste until the intersection with the A27 motorway; then continue in the direction of the airport. At the end of the by-pass head towards San Donà and Jesolo;
· From Rome, Bologna: take the A13 motorway to Padua then the A4 motorway towards Venice-Trieste until the intersection with the A27 motorway and continue in the direction of the airport. At the end of the by-pass head towards San Donà and Jesolo;
· From Tarvisio, Udine: take the A23 motorway until the intersection with the A4 motorway and continue towards Venice until the exit San Donà di Piave. On leaving the motorway head towards San Donà, Eraclea and Jesolo;
· From Trieste and Gorizia: take the A4 motorway and continue towards Venice until the exit San Donà di Piave. On leaving the motorway head towards San Donà, Eraclea and Jesolo;
· From Pordenone: take the A28 motorway until the intersection with the A4 motorway and continue towards Venice until the exit San Donà di Piave. On leaving the motorway head towards San Donà, Eraclea and Jesolo.

By train:
· the two railway stations are Mestre-Venice and San Donà di Piave from which there is a regular coach service to Jesolo.

By air:
· From Marco Polo Airport, Venice there are regular coaches to Jesolo. Travel time about 30 minutes.
